Before installation, Put the wheel in the hot water or microwave for about 10 minutes to soften the wheel.

Excellent replacement (segway ninebot F25) –
Fits the Segway Ninebot F25 (10×2.125) wheels. I replaced my pneumatic tires with these. Right out of the package, they looked like they would be physically impossible to get on the wheel (I almost sent them back without even trying). But, they went on great! I soaked the new tire in hot water for 15 minutes, then used 3 tire levers (and my foot) to stretch the tire onto the wheel. Tire levers are key.

So far so good ! Very difficult to install on my Segway but now that they are, WOW ! They were rough feeling at first driving w/ them, but now that they are broke in they are just as comfortable as the stock tubed tires, maybe more so believe it or not. Now I don’t gotta worry bout flats, punctures, or air pressure. There are little bits of broken glass all over the city streets here among other things. Now I can ride relatively worry-free. Definitely recommend.
