    The shaking and unbalanced tub got worse than before. Previously, I was having occasional unbalanced loads that needed to be manually balanced by moving the wet clothes around to even out the weight. So, I purchased this suspension rod kit and it wouldn’t even finish the load. Once the spin cycle started it wobbled out of control. Terrible product and does not work. Save yourself the trouble, DO NOT ORDER

    Product is as advertised. No problems with packaging, quality or price. However, the consensus of opinion was that replacing these suspension springs would usually correct an “out of balance” problem with a washing machine. Unfortunately, this product did not correct the problem in my case. Either they do not perform satisfactorily or my washer has another cause for the problem. Unable to determine which is the case and unwilling to spend more trying to repair my washer, I decided to replace it instead.
