It works as intended; easy to install, no leaks. We need the low profile of this style faucet due to the way our camper folds down. It’s a good little unit. I gave 4 stars because I’m reserving the 5th for durability – it’s too new to know how it will hold up over time.

I bought this to replace a unit with a cracked spout. The pressurized connection worked just fine however the tank connection doesn’t. There has to be water at the city water connection for the pump to prime. I had ordered this and paid for next day shipping because I had a trip planned. I would not purchase this again.

Not as advertised. This is made by zebra RV accessories. Unless this company bought out J&C Water Systems this is not OEM and can therefore be found for a lot better price. If you look at the picture I attached it does not match the picture of the description. The labels are not the same even though it is a product that was made to replace it.

Find a better solution. This thing is poor quality plastic junk. I couldn’t get the hand pump to work at all and it’s difficult to install because the threaded connector is really close to the barbed connector. Hint: connect the threaded connector first or you may not have space to spin the female threaded connector if it has wings like in my camper.

It was used, but sold to me as new
