Works for a disc brake set up, however these seem to be very finicky when trying to get the fittings to seal in the body of the valve.

Definitely a used item, stripped and torn threads on one end, sealant globs left from the last guy’s load in the other side, wrench flats pre-abused and ready to round off. Send that metal shard through your brake system and chant “wilwood is the best”

If you have a master cylinder that is lower than your brake calipers you will need a residual valve to maintain a small amount of brake pressure in the line and keep the brake fluid from draining back into the master cylinder. It is not enough pressure to cause your calipers or brakes to drag or cause wear but just enough pressure so there is no slack in your brake pedal. These work great for this. We use these on some of our race cars both drag race and dirt oval cars. They work great and are tough.
