This is heavy duty tool.. the picture doesn’t do the justice. Finally no more manual pressing in the caliper. This device works on same principle as a woodworking clamp. One squeeze spreads the plates apart and keep them lock, you have to release them manually. Beats pushing the pistons with screwdriver..

Heavy duty and super easy to use. I really like the one hand operation. These work really well – I’ve used them on a brake job for a full size pickup and my Camaro. While they are sturdy, they don’t weigh too much to be able to easily use them with one hand. Great value and well made. I’ve tried different designs in the past and have never liked them but these work really well.

I thought I got a good deal with the pricing but this is cheaply made and poor quality metal. Spend more money and get a name brand. This broke on the first use. I was very disappointed and a waste of my time. I would have given it 0 stars.
