I received my LumiSign within 3 days! It looks excellent and fits easily on the back of my car. It’s designed so that the illumination only comes on as you brake and then stays on after that for just a few seconds thereby allowing minimum use of the 4-AA batteries needed to operate the LumiSign. I did contact the seller, Olens Technology, at 805-489-3636, and their technical assistance department called me back within 15 minutes! The installation is not difficult and this LumiSign is an excellent way to support whatever team or cause you want to display on your rear bumper!

Where has this idea been all my life?? I love my Lumisign! Adds such a cute flair to my car. I ordered custom inserts, they came out exactly how I wanted them. I chose the color and font, and when I was concerned I didn’t position it properly, I emailed the company and they assured me they would make it nice in production. Brightly glows an adorable purple at night.The lights aren’t bright enough to be noticable in the daylight, but glow brightly during night driving. In the daylight you have a cute license plate boarder.It is easily installed on your car, but take note that a long screwdriver, preferably an electric one, is needed as the depth for the screws are considerable.Inserts easily changeable.You do have to calibrate it, and occasionally I recallibrate it to make sure it’s still lighting up. That part feels almost as if it’s still in the developing stages, and I would not be surprised if they come out with later models that improve the way this works.Be careful when choosing your background and font color: I chose black background with purple font, and there’s not enough contrast for it to be clearly readable from a distance during the day. You have to be right behind me to make it out. Kinda disappointed about that, but the other inserts I ordered are much more visible.Take note that the background color is exclusive to the individual insert, and not the permanent background color. I was a bit confused about that part.Definitely order this product, you will have fun with it and get a lot of compliments. Really, really cool.

Much to my delight, I was mailed a new, replacement license plate frame without any charge, not even shipping, 2 years after I purchased one, when the lighting component finally began to give out.Even thought the customized frame is still worth having without its illumination, the fact that it lights up when coming to stops is an extra I want to continue to enjoy. I had contacted the company to buy a replacement, feeling I had gotten good service out of the license plate frame, having traveled coast to coast and back again during the time I have had it mounted on what is usually my daily commuter vehicle.I was informed that my original purchase came with a lifetime guarantee, and was even given an option of getting either the grey frame I had bought or a newly available black frame, free of cost.This small, family business is what our country needs more of. I’m not sure why Amazon reports the product is unavailable still (as did another website that sells them), as of the date of this review. You may want to contact the company directly if you want to purchase one of these personalized frames.

I bought this lightable license plate to show off my favorite teams & it works great. You can adjust the sensitivity for how often it turns on & change out the inserts with ease. It’s bright & doesn’t require any hard wiring (just batteries). I suggest buying some rechargeable batteries to save on costs.
