used this puller and installer today on a ford escape. Worked perfectly. Pulled the pulley off, changed the cam seal and them put the pulley back on. Quick and easy. Had to remove the battery and battery tray to get good access. then did the seal in minutes. Very happy to get this tool

I have a 2008 Mercury Milan and this tool came with everything to take off and put on the the water pump pulley (the pulley above the pump and turned by the cam).Took just over two hours to do the whole job and taking the pulley off and putting it back on was one of the easiest tasks to do with this tool.If I had a tool for releasing the clamps instead of channel locks it would have taken about half the time.With this tool, a new belt, a new gates pumps (full assembly not just the insides) I was under $200. Midas quoted me about $700.-Rick

This tool is high quality and works perfectly for removing and installing pulley. I used it on a 2008 Ford Escape 3.0 V6. I am pleased with its ability to make the job easier. I installed a Ford factory water pump, and new water pump belt. No damage to the pulley. I recommend this tool.

This tool worked like it was supposed… I used it on a 2004 mazda 6 3.0 to change water pump and 2009 Mercury Milan… made the job easier and efficient A+++

I used this tool on a 2005 ford escape with a 3.0 liter. Removed and replaced water pump pulley no problem!!

Used it once but it paid for itself, made it so easy to pull that pulley but I still think it’s too expensive. There’s more metal on a regular pulley puller. At the end it was worth it.
