My wife and I had a long driving trip over a period of 5 days. She is on a special diet so we wanted to make/carry as much of our own food as possible. It even kept our frozen things frozen. We sere able to plug this into the car and into the hotel room outlet. It comes with both plugs. It is not too heavy, maybe 6 or 7 pounds or so. Would be too small for food for a family unless it was a one day picnic. It worked great, mostly no noise and we are thrilled with it. We have only used it on that one trip so I can’t say anything about reliability over a longer period. Recommended.

We bought this for a trip across the U.S. Plugged into the back of the SUV and it kept the drinks cold the entire trip. Every night, took it into the hotel and plugged it in. Easy to use, sturdy, powerful cooling – just love it.

Model K18Warning: The unit Manual states to keep Horizontal while in use, no more than 5° tolerance, and 45° only temporary.USB output is only +5V DC/1AUSB is for small devices only.The Owner’s Manual is well written, easy to understand, and complete with all functions and troubleshooting.***It looks expensive and everyone that see’s it wants one.Build quality:The unit is lightweight and seems sturdy enough, but after moving it around, I feel as though it must be handled with care.The weak points are the thin side-handles and the door latch plastic material will eventually wear away causing a weak door seal.These seem easily replaced and I hope the parts are available when needed.Operation:Wow, Bluetooth was easy to set up and works flawlessly.The app downloaded quickly and pairing devices was simple.My unit came at 50°FI set it to 38°F and it achieved this in approximately 12 mins.The app has full functionality and even turns the unit on/off.There are battery protection settings for use with vehicles and battery packs.Factory set for Vehicle.The LED light perfectly lights the inside and looks great.There is a slight fan noise similar to that of a desktop PC.No heat felt surrounding unit frame or from underneath. It seems to run cool.2 cords provided:Wow, they are sturdy and thick.The electric cord has a brick and is 6.5ft long.The 12V/DC cord is 8ft long.I am personally super impressed so far and cannot wait to see how it performs long term.I highly recommend this unit and I will buy again!Remember:The unit will cool to the lowest degree / freezing – only while using 110V/AC and not nearly as much with 12V/DC.Using 12V/DC It has been described as keeping food and drink just like a home refrigerator, but will not produce freezing.I plan to use this unit 5 days a week while traveling in an 18 wheeler.I will add a follow up report approx 3/3/24.

Product looks great but does not cool. No answer at the phone number given in owners manual. Will be returning c “cooler” to Amazon, as it is worthless.

Holds zero degrees very well, do stuff really stays frozen. 12v DC and 120v AC cords. Same performance with both. Holds a week’s worth plus of frozen meals for one truck driver.
