Be apprised, they are heavy so your delivering carrier may need a hand getting it out of their delivery truck. Tank (bottle) arrived well packed in a heavy pasteboard box with expanding foam around it, it came completely unscathed without a scratch on it, very impressive packaging. While not as inexpensive as a filled bottle from your local welding supply, prefer owning my bottles and having them filled at the local compressor station anyway and 120 cubic foot (filled) is an ideal size for me.I checked the bottle immediately to insure it was full, and it was. Regulator pressure gage showed 2000 psi which is full.Overall, I’m very pleased with the purchase and it delivered early as well. I recommend Weld Fabulous for the purchase of filled bottles as well as new unfilled bottles.Of course it would be less expensive to rent-lease bottles from your local welding supply but my preference again is owned bottles. No rental fee ever and a not banged up bottle to boot.

Not allot I can say about the tank, other than it came to my door in good shape, not scratched up or anything, with a good coating/paint job. It was full as expected and the date stamp on the bottle was within the range the company said it would be. Tanks are expensive, but to me it’s better to own it than pay rent on one forever. I think the going rate where I live is 30$ a month, which would add up to more than this tank cost to buy pretty quickly.

As a home welder, I rented a bottle/tank of welding gas from a local welding supply store, and I don’t weld every day. And after awhile it gets kinda expensive monthly or yearly for my bottle/tank. I did the research and the math. It was much cheaper to buy my own bottle/tank. Now I own it, all I pay for is a refill. Should have done this years ago.

I like having been able to order a 125 cu ft tank of Ar from Amazon, rather than driving to my local Airgas store, hoping that they’d have one in stock. The cylinder I received was totally new & shiny, pressure tested 4/24. DOT 3AA stamped, tested to 2265 PSI.On receipt, the tank tested at only 1800 PSI. YES, I tested it at 42 °F, which should result in a pressure of about 1900 PSI.In any case, these tanks are definitely not overfilled.NOW I can start playing around at home with my spiffy new TIG welder.

I called them just to feel them out as I found it odd to be able to buy a full gas cylinder from Amazon. The young lady I spoke to in Minnesota was very nice and knew her job well. She answered all my questions very pleasantly . The cylinder arrived at my door 2 days later! Amazing. It’s a quality cylinder and valve. The bottle filled was less than 1/2 of what our local farm store wanted.
