because the rear holes tilted back about 5-10 degrees had to file rear holes in frame about 1/4 inch to fit — so rear holes in seat frame oval but still very secure —wife very happy with lift

The bolts supplied do not work with a generation 2 Rogue or generation 3 Rogue. The heads are 10mm deep and the OEM track bolts have a 6mm deep head so the seats cannot be adjusted fully front or back fully without hitting. Insufficient clearance. I tried on both my 2020 Rogue SV power seats and 2023 Rogue S non power seats. Seat track hit the bolt heads on both.Interim solution was to grind the supplied bolt heads down, but not an ideal solution, because can’t grind down enough to allow for use of lock washer without compromising socket in bolt head. As a permanent fix I will order different bolts.So plus is these seem to be the only lifters around that advertise fitting a Nissan and they do, but the bolts need to be replaced with M10 x1.25x 60 with shallower heads which are not readily available where I live.

This spacer fits well on a Nissan 2017, on the driver seat. screws are perfect.

Try as I had for over 2 hours, while the bolts fit the car perfectly, the angle of holes for the bolts is altered when placing the spacer between the seat and the floor by 5mm, rver so slight, and I was unwilling to bend the seat track to persuade the angle to fit the bolt. The spacers need a slight angle to work, but hey, I’m not an engineer.

If you are just using them to try and tilt either the driver or pass seat back an inch, which is the whole point as Honda Civic seats have a design flaw, the seat bottom slopes down to the front a little so it means you get no just above the knee leg support – It wont fit right.What happens is you can get the spacers under the angled flange on the front two bracket areas, and get the bolts in, but that means it makes the rear flat brackets a different angle and it wont line up to get them back in.It will probably work if you use 2 in front 2 in back, but all that does is raise the seat 1″, & you still are left with Honda’s stupidly designed extremely uncomfy driver/pass seat that concentrates seating pressure on your butt bones instead of spreading it around on the entire upper thigh.Saying that, if you want a simple way to raise the ridiculously low (even lower than the driver seat) pass seat 1″ for a short GF or wife, they should work, but again be aware your poor GF/wife will still have no thigh support because of Honda’s seat design flaw.You will basically have to find a way to get the seat bottom to tilt back slightly.Back to square one & will probably get the ‘Desert Does It’ brand, apparently the Honda Accord risers fit no problem just using a front pair.

Spacers are high quality, but bolts will not permit seat to go forward or back. Spent hours trying to find M10 x 1.25 x 60 Button Head Bolts but nobody has them. Totally frustrating for the price paid.

The adapter bracket seems to be high quality steel but the fit was not perfect on my Lexus.Given that these secure the front seats to the frame of the vehicle, I wasn’t going to take the risks of the kits not being well-secured to the vehicle. The problem seems to be mostly with the bolts.I recommend one checks with other reviews and the seller to determine if the kit works with your vehicle, and if the included bolts will work too.If one does buy the kit and needs to use different bolts, make sure you purchase the correct size bolts and bolts with the correct shear strength, or breaking point. Inadequate sheer strength bolts could result in disastrous situations.

Fit perfectly on our Lexus 2022 UX 250h drivers seat.Excellent quality and easy to install only took 10 minutes.The bolts that come with the kit are longer to ensure a tight fit and they take a side 8 Alan key to fit

It does not explicitly (coherently) state in the description that this should not be used as a “seat jacker”. (See the desertdoesit website to view those)One could easily be led to believe upon reading the product page that you can use these for that purpose. They even sell them in sets of 2. You cannot use these on only the front 2 brackets of your drivers seat.These are perfectly proportional with flat top and bottom. Physics will not allow you to take a flat surface and raise it 30 millimeters without making a precision bolt go off-center. I obviously should have realized this before buying.(They also look like they might have a bevel to them on the website, but that’s understandable. Even in person it’s hard to tell unless you roll them. I initially thought they were beveled just looking at them in hand. Putting a ruler dimension drawing on the product page would help to show they are 30 millimeters on all sides. Will help avoid confusion)It should clearly say that on their site that these cannot be used as front seat jackers. That they should only be used in sets of 4, raising all 4 corners of the seat equally.And, maybe not sell them in sets of 2. Because it’s misleading.

I ordered 2 risers to lift the back of my 2024 Kia Seltos drivers seat up. The back of the seat sits too low and hurts my hips/back. They did work with a bit of elbow grease. The issue is that when you lift just the back of the seat the angle of the brackets change. You have to file a larger hole in the bracket to make things work. It took me about 3 hours to get done, but it does work. The seat is much better now.

The risers are very nice but I had problems with 2 of the bolts. It seems there’s some kind of coating on the threads or the threads were not cut properly. I had to run 2 of them thru a die to clean them up. After that the installed as expected. 2024 Santa Fe XRT

This kit raises the height by 3 cms. You will need an E TORX 12MM Socket to remove the original bolts. I used one single washer per bolt to mount flush without obstructing movement. The aftermarket kit uses an allen key for fastening. It comes with 4 well made aluminum raisers. I am 5’10¨ and did not need such a mod. My wife is petite and the extra 3 cms makes life easier for her. She says she can now see the hood of our CX30. Works very well. Pricey…..
