Tent arrived late guessing due to shipping company. Give yourself some leeway here. Tent was crated up in a thin plywood crate. The crate was damaged on all sides, it is a extremely heavy tent. It would be best to have at least 2 people there to receive and inspect. I immediately found 2 damaged spots on the floor of the tent and took pictures. I sent pictures through amazon and was offered a partial refund. I wanted to inspect the rest of the tent before accepting their offer. It took a few days for me to get the tent set up and inspected. No further issues were found with the tent. A partial refund was issued quickly to my card. On to the actual tent. As I stated this is a HEAVY and long tent to handle on your own. I am waiting for a new bed rack to come in so I can mount it up. I have a feeling once it is mounted I will not be removing it. Once I got the tent open and inventoried, I was excited to lay in it even if it was in my driveway. The frame of the tent seems to be of very good quality, The 4 latches are not lockable so you might want to take that in to consideration. The canvass appears to be good, and all the mesh fit well. Some of the hardware on the extension rod was loose and took some finagling to get set back in place. The zippers I think could be a little better, time will tell if they last. The mattress feels a little lacking in comfort, would be nice if they put the same mattress thickness as in the Stellar (Galaxy 2.0) tent. Once we start using the tent I will come back and keep the review updated. For the money so far this tent is unmatched.
