    Would have been easier to install if it had been on a roll. I will update review once installed. This seller saw my initial review and offered a very satisfactory response. In light of this conversation I would do business with this seller any day they were phenomenal and went above and beyond.

    The product suffers from shinkage. if you do not need a full 40 inch or 39 inch width there is not problem.I have not tried installing this but this is not even within an inch of the stated dimensions.I will let the product relax for a couple weeks and will edit this.However, out of the box. not nearly 39X40.Note that the product is shipped folded not rolled as shown in the advertisement.

    This product does not come as a roll like shown. It comes folded and a wrinkle mess is also not exact measurements. This product tears easily not worth the money.
