This unit fits 2015-2020 F-150 with 4.3’’ screen and 2015-2020 F-150 with 8’’ screen without B&O or Sony Audio.
If there is no sound, reinstall the new unit after installing back the original audio main unit and maxing out the sound.
And this unit didn’t retained the sync module and original audio box. Please remove them before installation.
About installing F-150 2019-2021, continue to keep the original audio main unit.

A: No, but you can download the SiriusXM app from the Google Play store.
Q:Air conditioner not working?
A: Please move the original air conditioning circuit board and keys together to the Android screen host.
Automatic air conditioning version — support screen and original buttons to control air conditioning.
Manual air conditioning version — please continue to use the original air conditioning buttons to control the air conditioning, screen control of air conditioning is not supported.

How to use Carplay？
Wireless Carplay Connection: 1. Turn on the WiFi switch on Apple phones and Android radios (no need to connect to a hotspot). 2.Turn on Bluetooth – search for device – enter passkey (0000) in the popup window. 3.Open Zlink APP on Android radio, CarPlay will connect automatically.
Wired Carplay Connection: 1. Connect you iPhone with 6pin USB. 2. Turn on Zlink App, CarPlay will auto connect.
This operation requires only a data cable connection and no Bluetooth connection.
How to use Android Auto ?
1. Please download Android Auto app on your phone.
2.Turn on Zlink app, Open the Android auto program on your phone, then connect your phone to the radio with a 6pin USB.
Q: Can’t set or save the time and date?
A: Please connect your device to WiFi or mobile hotspot, open Google Maps APP, the system will automatically calibrate the time and date.
Or go to Settings, Android Settings, Time & Date, Settings, Done.

Install was easy. Works nice but you might have to do a update to accommodate your vehicle radio needs. Customer service location is ChinaI had to do a program update install and customer service was very helpful and walked me through it. It took a couple different updates to get my radio program finished but now it works perfectly.
